Battle Royale Mode

Cyberpunk City’s gameplay mode is Battle Royale, where up to 60 players (20 teams of three) are dropped into a massive urban landscape, each team competing for dominance and survival. Players navigate a sprawling, neon-lit metropolis, encountering challenges ranging from rival teams to unpredictable environmental hazards.

  • Match Structure: Each game begins with teams choosing landing points within the city, setting the stage for diverse early-game strategies. Some teams may drop into high-resource areas, risking early combat for the chance at powerful equipment, while others prioritize stealthier entry points.

  • Glitchfield Dynamics: To increase the intensity and urgency of each match, the playable area shrinks periodically. This shrinking “safe zone” pulls teams closer together as the match progresses, amplifying the stakes and concentrating the action. In the final phases, confrontations occur within the Glitchfield, where digital distortions and visual glitches intensify, challenging players to use every tactical advantage and ability to secure victory.

  • Victory Condition: In true Battle Royale style, victory is claimed by the last team standing. Winning a match grants exclusive in-game rewards, such as rare NFTs and CYB tokens, adding tangible value to players’ achievements and incentivizing skillful play.
